Reservations & Deposit
Call toll-free or mail/fax .pdf of Reservation Form. 30% deposit and balance due must be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by personal check. Trip price is in US Dollars.

Trip Confirmation
Santa Barbara Wine Country Cycling Tours must receive your signed reservation form & deposit for trip confirmation. Once received, we will send you a Travel Packet, including map itineraries and other pertinent tour information.

Balance
Balance of the Tour Price is due 10 days prior to the trip departure. Balance may be paid by credit card or personal check. If balance is not paid or received by due date, your reservation will be canceled and your trip space will be offered to someone else on our waiting list.

Bicycles & Equipment
Santa Barbara Wine Country Cycling Tours provides brand new Specialized Allez Sport Road bikes. All bikes are equipped with clip less pedals & handlebar bags. Toe clips and helmets are available upon request.

Tour Support
Our trained staff will provide you with a most enjoyable cycling vacation. Each tour will have an experienced mechanic along to make sure your bicycle stays in good working order. Your gear will be transported to each evening’s destination so you only need to carry what you need for the day. Our friendly support team will be on the road during designated hours so that you can be assured that help is nearby if needed.

Trip Price
Prices are stated in US Dollars and are for two people, double occupancy, taxes included.

Single Supplement
Single Supplement is available at an additional charge per person. Single supplement needs to be requested on the reservation form when first submitted. Single rooms are available in most inns and hotels. In certain places, single rooms will be smaller than the double rooms. We can pair you with a roommate of the same sex if you prefer at no additional charge.

Arrival & Departure
SBWCCT will provide transportation to/from airport and/or hotel on designated tour arrival & departure dates. Late/early arrivals and departures to/from certain tour locations are responsible for their own hotel and Santa Barbara Airport transfers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you have to cancel for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded. Additional cancellation fees are based on how far in advance we receive your cancellation notice in writing prior to tour departure:

There are no exceptions to cancellation policy, including weather and personal emergencies. SBWCCT does not refund amenities due to late arrival or early departure. SBWCCT is not responsible for cancellation changes or additional fees to customers due to acts of nature, civil unrest, work stoppage or weather. SBWCCT reserves the right to cancel a tour. While this is rare, in the event of tour cancellation a full refund (including deposit) will be returned to the customers. SBWCCT is not responsible for outside expenses, such as prepaid hotel reservations & non-refundable airline tickets. SBWCCT recommends purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect against unforeseen reasons for canceling.

Safety
One thing we value above everything else is your comfort and safety. We select quiet, less traveled roads whenever possible. Helmets are required at all times when you’re riding. Participants under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a guardian on the road. All riders and guests will be required to sign a release of liability and follow bicycle safety rules at all times.

Responsibility
Tour participants are responsible for reading all terms and conditions, pre-trip materials and should provide any pertinent medical or dietary restrictions.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, SBWCCT may at times change or alter tour routes or choose different accommodations. SBWCCT will always keep such changes to a minimum and provide the same quality of service and accommodations. SBWCCT is also not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time tour participants are not on board their conveyance.
