 Tour Deposit
& Cancellation Policy
When a reservation is made for a tour or rental with SBWCCT, a deposit is required. The amount of the deposit required prior to arrival is based on the type of tour you book with SBWCCT.
Cancellation fees are based on the type of tour you have booked with SBWCCT and how far in advance we receive your cancellation notice in writing prior to tour departure.
Rentals:
Single Day Rentals
- Weekday
- less than 4 people - no cancellation fee
- more than 4 people (10% within 7-1 days; 20% within 24 hours)
- Weekend
- less than 4 people (10% within 7-1 days; 20% within 24 hours)
- less than 4 people (30% within 7-1 days; 20% within 24 hours)
Multi-day Rentals
- Weekday
- Weekend
- 10% of tour/rental fees within 7 days;
- 20% of tour/rental fees within 24 hours.
Guided Tours:
- Tours with NO Hotel
- within 7-1 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 10% of tour fees
- within 24 hours prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 20% of tour fees
- Tours / Rentals with Hotel
- within 14 - 8 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 1 (or 2) night hotel charge* PLUS a $100 admin. charge
- within 7 - 1 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is entire cost of hotel
PLUS 10% of total tour fees **
- within 24 hours prior to arrival, cancellation fee is entire cost of hotel
PLUS 30% of total tour fees **
* late fee determined by specific hotel cancellation policy
** partial refund pending specific hotel cancellation policy
- Multi-Day Tours with Hotel
- within 30-15 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is a $100.
Additional charges subject to specific hotel cancellation policies.
- within 14-8 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is entire cost of hotel
PLUS 30% of cycling tour fees**
- within 7 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is entire cost of hotel
PLUS 50% of total tour fees**
- within 24 hours prior to arrival, cancellation fee is entire cost of hotel
PLUS 100% of tour fees
* late fee determined by specific hotel cancellation policy

 There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including weather and personal emergencies. SBWCCT does not refund amenities due to late arrival or early departure. SBWCCT is not responsible for cancellation changes or additional fees to customers due to acts of nature, civil unrest, work stoppage or weather.
SBWCCT reserves the right to cancel a tour. While this is rare, we will do so at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the tour. In the event of tour cancellation, a full refund (including deposit) will be returned to the customers. SBWCCT is not responsible for outside expenses, such as prepaid hotel reservations & nonrefundable airline tickets. SBWCCT recommends purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect against unforeseen reasons for canceling.
